The Remover Of Reproach.

 

Rachel,was without a child
Barren,with no reason to laugh
Desperately,she called on Jacob
"Give me children,or else I die!"

Jacob with anger replied
Am I God to give a child
Then her eyes were opened
That God alone,can meet her need.

To God ,Rachel turned her gaze
For help,in her time of need
For the removal,of her reproach
For a child,she earnestly cried.

The Almighty, remembered her
Giving her,a blessed child
Her sorrow,was turned to joy
Her night,gave way to day.

To the same God,let us come
To the Almighty,let's bring our case
To no other,let's fix our gaze
For in God,our help is sure.
